1. Order Processing Times
All orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays).
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Delivery charges and estimated transit times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
Standard Shipping-
Estimated Delivery: 3 to 5 business days
- Cost: Calculated at checkout (Free standard shipping on orders over a specified amount, if applicable).
- Estimated Delivery: 1 to 2 business days
- Cost: Calculated at checkout.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

As soon as your fragrance leaves our studio, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking link.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s journey directly from the courier’s website.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Brownice Fragrance is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages

Fragrances are delicate items packed with utmost care. However, if your package arrives damaged or if your tracking shows it was delivered but you have not received it, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package so we can assist you.
